Works are underway to build an accelerator-storage complex: a project to create a proton-proton collider on superconducting magnets at the Institute of High Energy Physics (today Logunov Institute of High Energy Physics of the Kurchatov Institute National Research Center). The entrance to a tunnel under construction. Due to the cessation of funding, the ASC project was never completed.
