Zhuravli memorial complex in the Victory Park on Sokolovaya Gora in Saratov, a monument to the people of Saratov who died during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The memorial was unveiled in 1982; architect: Yury Menyakin. (On May 9, 1999, the Eternal Flame was lit in front of the memorial stone; memorial plaques with the carved names of Saratov residents - holders of the Order of Glory and Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Russia, as well as busts of twice Heroes of the Soviet Union were installed along the Alley of Heroes).
