Ukrainian SSR. Specialists from the People's Republic of Poland take part in the construction of the Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant in Netishyn, Khmelnitsky Region. The cooperation agreement to build and operate the 750 kV power transmission line from Khmelnitsky NPP (USSR) to Rzeszow (Poland) was signed in 1979 in Moscow at a meeting of the CMEA executive committee.
