

The Lenin Palace of Culture and Sports in Tallinn, Estonian SSR, built for the opening of the XXII Summer Olympic Games in 1980 (the Olympic regatta was entrusted to the Estonian SSR). The current name of the Sports Palace is Gorhall (city hall). The building is located on the shores of the Tallinn Bay, next to the Passenger Port and in the immediate vicinity of the walls of the old city.
