In this handout video grab released by Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, rescuers work at the site where the An-26 plane crashed in Kamchatka Territory, Russia. The plane with 28 people aboard bound from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky disappeared on July 6, 2021 before the landing maneuver 9 kilometers from the locality of Palana.
