In this handout video grab released by Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, an aircraft debris is seen at the site where the An-26 plane crashed in Kamchatka Territory, Russia. The plane with 28 people aboard bound from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky disappeared on July 6, 2021 before the landing maneuver 9 kilometers from the locality of Palana. Bodies of 19 victims of the plane crash were found on July 7, 2021 during the search operation off the coast of Kamchatka, according to the Emergencies Ministry.
