Prisoners make school furniture for secondary school No. 35, in the penal colony No. 5 of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service, in Chita, Russia. The main goal of a municipal contract is to realize the possibility of prisoners to work in colonies, to receive wages and to compensate for the damage caused by the crime. This contract allowed to employ about 120 convicts.
