In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), binoculars and personal belongings are seen in the apartment of a resident of Simferopol who was involved in subversive activities in the interests of Ukrainian special services, in Crimea, Russia. For a long time the citizen received information on the flights of Russian military aviation using special equipment. The extracted information was planned to be used against the security of the Russian Federation. The security authorities initiated a criminal case against the citizen on the grounds of high treason and chose a preventive measure in the form of detention. An investigation is underway.
