Volunteer Olga Andreeva feeds a spotted seal pup in an aviary at the "Seal" marine mammal rehabilitation centre in Tavrichanka village, some 50 km north-west of Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai region, Russia. In 2007 artist, writer and journalist Laura Beloivan and her husband veterinarian Pavel Chopenko founded the rehabilitation centre in order to nurse weakened and dying seals. Olga, the development director of BelGas, a company producing oil and gas equipment, lives in Izhevsk and uses her vacation to look after seals.
