An RSD-10 (SS-20) intermediate-range ballistic missile complex is eliminated in accordance with USSR-USA Treaty on the Elimination of Their Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles (INF Treaty), which was signed on December 8, 1987. Miljan Komatina, former permanent representative of Yugoslavia to the UN and Secretary-General of the Conference on Disarmament, at the Kapustin Yar test site in the Astrakhan Region.
