The Inter-regional group of deputies is a democratic faction at the Congresses of People's Deputies of the USSR, the first legal parliamentary opposition in the USSR. Moscow residents outside the House of Cinema (currently - the CEntral House of Filmmakers) applaud to People's Deputy of the USSR Mikhail Bocharov.
