Sculptural self-portrait of Soviet sculptor, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR Yelena Kosova. Previously, Yelena Kosova was the first Soviet woman to work at the UN. A liaison agent in Vladimir Barkovsky's group, the future Hero of Russia Yelena Kosova helped collect information that played a significant role in the implementation of Soviet nuclear development plans.
