Captain 3rd Rank Leonid Solodkov, Diving Specialist at the State Research Institute for Rescue, Diving and Deep-Sea Operations of the Soviet Ministry of Defense, the last Hero of the Soviet Union and the last holder of the Order of Lenin. He received the award 22 days after the Soviet Union ceased to exist.
