A view shows the port by the frozen Yenisei River in the northern town of Dudinka, about 2050 km (1273 miles) from the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk, Russia. Dudinka, situated some almost 200 miles above the Arctic Circle, is the northernmost major seaport in Russia, through which metals are delivered from the heart of Siberia up the Yenisei to the Arctic Ocean and from there to destinations all over the world.
