Arbatskaya Square, Moscow. Head of the Moscow City Department of Culture Alexander Kibovsky in the foyer of the Khudozhestvenny Movie Theater, the city's oldest, that has reopened after a reconstruction project. Built to a design by architect Nikolai Blagoveshchensky, the movie theater's first building opened in 1909. Four years later, Moscow's Modernist architect Fyodor Shekhtel rebuilt it.
