Polish theater and film director Andrzej Wajda, an Oscar winner, speaks at the ceremony of conferring on him the title Doctor Emeritus of VGIK for his substantial contribution to the national and world artistic culture and raising creative youth. The diploma is awarded at the open meeting of the Academic Board of the Russian State University of Cinematography (VGIK) named after S. Gerasimov.
