Members of the of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia observe a moment of silence ahead of the plenary meeting in tribute to Yakutia schoolchildren who died in a fire in the town of Sydybyl on April 8, 2003. The victims are 22 senior students who were saving junior schoolchildren.
