In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), Russian citizen Vladislav Yesipienko is detained by employees of Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in Crimea, Russia. He is charged with espionage for Ukrainian special services. Yesipenko carried out photo and video recording of the terrain, life support facilities and places of mass gathering of people on the territory of Crimea.
