The Tambov Region. Yury Oseichuk removes snow in the backyard of his own home the village of Savinka in the Rasskazovsky District of the Tambov Region. Farmer Yury Oseichuk established the farm in 2014, together with his wife Irina Oseichuk, after they relocated to the village of Savinka in the Rasskazovsky District of the Tambov Region. Before that, they lived in Moscow and later moved to Tambov. Yury Oseichuk makes fermented milk products and cheese and also breeds goats. Mr. and Ms. Oseichuk currently make about 15 cheese varieties and also reinstate old goat milk production traditions.
