The Tambov Region. Irina Oseichuk cuts home-made cheese at the dairy kitchen of the Savinka peasant holding. In 2014, farmer Yury Oseichuk and his wife Irina established the holding after relocating to the village of Savinka in the Rasskazovsky District of the Tambov Region. Before that, they lived in Moscow and later in Tambov. Yury Oseichuk breeds goats and makes cheese and fermented milk products. Today, they make about 15 cheese varieties and also revive old-time goat milk production traditions. For example, they stew goat milk inside a Russian stove.
