The awards ceremony is held in the Kremlin's Catherine Hall. Head of the Moscow Firefighting Service Yevgeny Chernyshyov perished on March 20, 2010 carrying people out of a burning business center, 2nd Khutorskaya Street. He is awarded posthumously.
