Chita. Viktor Kuzmichev with his sons Dima and Roma in the courtyard of their new apartment building in the 9th Condominium Residential Area. They moved into their new apartment under the 2020 program for relocating tenants from rundown and dilapidated housing. Prior to relocating, the family lived in a rundown local home. Over 450 residents of the Trans-Baikal Territory moved from rundown and dilapidated homes into apartments with all the amenities under the Housing and Urban Environment national project.
