Relatives and residents bring flowers and light candles in memory of the dead sailors, in Murmansk, Russia. The ship Onega sank on December 28 near Novaya Zemlya archipelago in the Arctic Ocean in northern Russia. According to the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, the vessel capsized and sank due to ice formation. There were 19 people on board, two of them were rescued, 17 others were believed to be dead.
