Levan Bezhashvili, a member of the Georgian Parliament from the opposition United National Movement (UNM) party, speaks to the media after submitting an application for removal of powers in the building of CEC, in Tbilisi, Georgia. The Georgian Parliament held its first session in Tbilisi on December 10, but only with deputies from the ruling Georgian dream party. Opposition which disagrees with the election results has boycotted the parliament session. All opposition parties that entered Parliament following the October 31 elections have accused the authorities of rigging the vote and are demanding new elections.
