Nika Melia, a leader of Georgian main opposition United National Movement (UNM) party, signs the Memorandum on the rejection of parliamentary mandates, in Tbilisi, Georgia. The Georgian Parliament held its first session in Tbilisi on December 10, but only with deputies from the ruling Georgian dream party. Opposition which disagrees with the election results has boycotted the parliament session. All opposition parties that entered Parliament following the October 31 elections have accused the authorities of rigging the vote and are demanding new elections.
