According to the trilateral ceasefire agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Lachin region should be handed over to Azerbaijan by December 1. On November 9, the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan adopted a joint statement on the cessation of hostilities in unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh.
