Russian President Vladimir Putin attends a meeting on Nagorno-Karabakh, via teleconference call at Novo-Ogaryovo state residence, outside Moscow, Russia. Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the ceasefire in Karabakh effectively and the situation there is stable, President Putin said on November 20 at a meeting.
