The property of a local school stands outdoors before being loaded into a truck as residents leave their homes in the village of Ukhtasar of the Askeran region, the self-proclaimed Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. According to the ceasefire agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Agdam region must be transferred to the Republic of Azerbaijan by November 20, 2020.
