Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif attends a news conference after a meeting with his Venezuelan counterpart Jorge Arreaza at the Foreign Ministry headquarters in Caracas, Venezuela. Zarif arrived in the Venezuelan capital on November 4 at the first leg of a three-nation Latin American tour which will also take him to Cuba and Bolivia.
