Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is greeted by his Venezuelan counterpart Jorge Arreaza before their meeting at the Foreign Ministry headquarters in Caracas, Venezuela. Zarif arrived in the Venezuelan capital on November 4 at the first leg of a three-nation Latin American tour which will also take him to Cuba and Bolivia.
