People lay flowers in memory of the victims of terrorist attack in Vienna, Austria, to the Austrian Embassy, In Moscow, Russia. On late Monday, at least four people were killed and 18 injured in the center of Vienna by four gunmen. One of the assailants was shot dead by the police and later identified as a supporter of the Islamic State (banned in Russia). Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz has called the incident a terrorist attack.
