In this handout video grab released by Federal Security Service (FSB), Federal Security Service officers detain a member of a criminal group that produced and sold synthetic drugs via internet, on the territory of Naro-Fominsk city district of the Moscow region, Russia. As a result of the detention, at least 31 kilograms of narcotic substances were seized, as well as special equipment and chemicals for the production of the drug.
