A man looks through the broken window of his destroyed by a recent shelling apartment in the city of Stepanakert, a self-proclaimed Republic of the Nagorno-Karabakh. Attacks haven't stopped even after Foreign ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan held trilateral talks on the situation in the self-proclaimed Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and ceasefire agreed in Moscow during the Friday talks. Armenia and the unrecognized republic of Nagorno-Karabakh claim that the Azerbaijani forces continue shelling Stepanakert and other settlements, while Azerbaijan said that Armenia fired missiles at Ganja.
