Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, centre, takes part in a ceremony to present keys to individual houses in the Berezovaya Roshcha microdistrict in the city of Tulun, Irkutsk region, Russia. The houses are built for residents whose houses were damaged or lost during the 2019 floods. Devastating floods battered Irkutsk Region in late June 2019, resulting in 26 deaths, leaving four people missing and over 45,000 injured, and affecting almost 11,000 residential buildings.
