Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko take part in the wreath-laying ceremony during the unveiling of 25m bronze statue as a part of the Rzhev Memorial to the Soviet Soldier near the village of Khoroshevo, in Tver region, Russia. The construction project initiated by war veterans and funded by donations, the war memorial commemorates Soviet soldiers killed in the Battles of Rzhev in World War II.
