

An employee demonstrates a sample of material based on single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCN) during the launching ceremony of Graphetron 50, the world's largest industrial facility for SWCN synthesis, at the Nanomodified Materials Centre by the OCSiAl nanotechnology company in Novosibirsk, Russia. SWCNTs or graphene nanotubes possess such properties as superior conductivity, high temperature resistance, ultra-low weight, record strength and high flexibility and can be used in various industries, especially in material science and electronics.
