Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Bertibek Saparbayev, fifth on the left, attends the funeral of Ramazan Kharsanov, a local resident who was killed during cashes, in the village of Masanchi, in Jambyl region, Kazakhstan. Ten were killed and 40 others sustained injuries in a mass brawl on the evening of February 7 in Kazakhstan's southern province of Jambyl, where mostly ethnic minority Dungans live. In addition, more than 30 houses, 15 shops and 23 vehicles have been damaged during the clashes.
