Russian airports have stepped up screening of travelers arriving from China to try to identify people infected with the new coronavirus. An outbreak of a new coronavirus that began in the central Chinese city of Wuhan has killed more than 100 people and more than 2,800 been infected as it spread further into Europe. The virus is thought to have spread to people from wild animals sold at a Wuhan market. China banned trade in wild animals and urged people to stop eating meat from them.
