Russian President Vladimir Putin makes his speech as he attends an unveiling ceremony of the Remembrance Candle monument for heroes of besieged Leningrad during World War Two, in Jerusalem, Israel. Putin arrived to attend celebrations marking the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz.
