Russian President Vladimir Putin attends a welcome ceremony upon his arrival at the Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Roissy, near Paris, France. Putin will take part in the Normandy Four meeting of the leaders of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine. The Normandy format was created in 2014 to resolve the conflict between Kiev and the breakaway republics in Ukraine's east.
