This pendant for a neck ribbon was manufacture din 1764 and features bright foil-mounted spinel minerals rimmed with cut diamonds. It is displayed at a permanent exhibition of the Diamond Fund of the USSR, now the Diamond Fund of Russia, at the Kremlin's Armory.
