Russian President Vladimir Putin speaks a joint news conference with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan following their meeting at the Bocharov Ruchei state residence in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, Russia. Putin and Erdogan are met to discuss the situation in the northern Syria and Syrian constitutional committee that is due to meet in late October.
