A man walks at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics, in Novosibirsk, Russia. Novosibirsk State University in cooperation with the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Tomsk Cancer Research Institute, Japan's University of Tsukuba, UK University of Oxford and some other research organizations had launched the large-scale project aimed at applying the boron neutron capture therapy method to treating cancer.
