Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomes his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan prior to their meeting in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, Russia. Putin and Erdogan are met to discuss the situation in the northern Syria and Syrian constitutional committee that is due to meet in late October.
