Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan attends a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, Russia. Putin and Erdogan are met to discuss the situation in the northern Syria and Syrian constitutional committee that is due to meet in late October.
