Russian President Vladimir Putin attends a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, Russia. Putin and Erdogan are met to discuss the situation in the northern Syria and Syrian constitutional committee that is due to meet in late October.
