Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan talks to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin during their meeting in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, Russia. Putin and Erdogan are met to discuss the situation in the northern Syria and Syrian constitutional committee that is due to meet in late October.
