Members of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine arrive to monitor the disengagement of forces and hardware at a check point near the village of Petrovskoye, Donetsk region, Eastern Ukraine. Servicemen of Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) have fired a signal flare to show readiness to start the disengagement of forces, however, the same from the military forces of Ukraine have not followed.
