Members of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine arrive to monitor the disengagement of forces and hardware near the village of Petrovskoye, Donetsk region, Eastern Ukraine. Servicemen of Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) have fired a signal flare to show readiness to start the disengagement of forces, however, the same from the military forces of Ukraine have not followed.
