RIA Novosti Ukraine news portal head Kirill Vyshinsky speaks during a news conference in Moscow, Russia. Vyshinsky has been arrested and jailed in Ukraine for over 400 days since May 2018 on suspicion of supporting the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and high treason. Kirill Vyshinsky has been released on bail August 28 and left Kiev as part of simultaneous release of detained and convicted persons by Ukraine and Russia.
